Elara Health & Wellness6 min read

Zealthy prices its weight loss program in two ways: a $135-per-month membership with compounded medication billed on top (semaglutide “as low as” $151 a month), or a Doctor + GLP-1 bundle that runs $297 a month for semaglutide and $449 a month for tirzepatide after a discounted first month. Added up over 12 months at the listed rates, that comes to roughly $3,432 to $5,288 for a year of care, based on what Zealthy’s own pages showed on October 30, 2026.

What Zealthy publicly lists

Zealthy publishes its pricing across a weight loss FAQ and a pricing landing page. The two pages do not always use the same promotional numbers, so we list the standard rates and note the promotions separately.

Plan or item Listed price Notes Source (checked Oct 30, 2026)
Weight loss membership $135/month Described as the “typical program cost.” Medication is not included in the membership. Zealthy pricing page
First-month membership promotion $39 or $49 The FAQ says the first month is discounted to $39; the pricing page says $86 off for a $49 first month, and a banner says $96 off. The pages do not reconcile these. Zealthy FAQ
Compounded semaglutide (cash pay) As low as $151/month Price reflects a 3-month supply (20% off). Billed in addition to membership. Zealthy FAQ
Compounded tirzepatide (cash pay) As low as $216/month “Depending on eligibility and plan.” Billed in addition to membership. Zealthy FAQ
Semaglutide Bundle (Doctor + GLP-1) $217 first month, then $297/month Medication included when prescribed. Zealthy says additional fees may apply if a higher dose is needed beyond standard titration. Zealthy FAQ
Tirzepatide Bundle (Doctor + GLP-1) $349 first month, then $449/month Same dose-fee note as above. Zealthy FAQ

The 12-month math

Zealthy bills monthly, so a year is 12 charges. The figures below use Zealthy’s standard listed rates. A first-month membership promotion could lower the membership options by roughly $86 to $96, and Zealthy says many members who buy a 3-month supply also get 20% off two months of membership; we have not applied those because the terms vary by page and eligibility.

Option Line items 12-month total
Zealthy membership + compounded semaglutide $135 × 12 = $1,620 membership; + $151 × 12 = $1,812 medication $3,432
Zealthy membership + compounded tirzepatide $135 × 12 = $1,620 membership; + $216 × 12 = $2,592 medication $4,212
Zealthy Semaglutide Bundle $217 first month; + $297 × 11 = $3,267 $3,484 (plus any higher-dose fees)
Zealthy Tirzepatide Bundle $349 first month; + $449 × 11 = $4,939 $5,288 (plus any higher-dose fees)
Elara injectable semaglutide, 52-week plan $179 × 13 cycles (paid upfront) $2,327
Elara injectable semaglutide, 4-week plan $249 × 13 cycles $3,237
Elara tirzepatide, 52-week plan $269 × 13 cycles (paid upfront) $3,497
Elara tirzepatide, 4-week plan $339 × 13 cycles $4,407

Elara bills every 4 weeks, so a full year is 13 cycles, and the price stays the same at every dose step. Zealthy’s site does not list lab fees for its weight loss program, and its subscription policy notes that recommended diagnostic testing, prescription costs and delivery charges can be billed separately from the membership fee.

How to cancel Zealthy

According to Zealthy’s Subscription & Cancellation Policy, you cancel from your patient profile: select your profile icon, choose “Manage membership,” then “Manage your plan,” and follow the cancellation flow. You need to cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until that billing cycle ends, and Zealthy says it does not issue prorated refunds for the current period unless the law requires it. Memberships cannot be paused, though members can delay medication shipments. Medication orders are final once the pharmacy fills them.

Who Zealthy may be a good fit for

  • People with commercial insurance who want help pursuing coverage for a branded GLP-1; Zealthy offers insurance coordinators and prior authorization support.
  • Anyone who prefers a monthly membership that also covers other Zealthy services beyond weight care.
  • People who want unlimited asynchronous messaging with a provider and a dedicated coach.
  • Shoppers who plan to buy a 3-month medication supply upfront and can take advantage of Zealthy’s multi-month discounts.
  • Members who want to use an HSA or FSA card, which Zealthy accepts for eligible services.

How Elara is different

Elara keeps the price to one number: a single rate every 4 weeks that covers clinician care, medication if prescribed, quarterly metabolic labs, health coaching calls and shipping, with no separate membership fee and no price change as your dose changes. Care is delivered by board-certified physicians through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners.
