How to cancel Ozari Health

Ozari’s refund policy says to contact the team as soon as you decide to cancel, and that text message is the fastest way to reach them; email may not be reviewed in time to stop a pharmacy order. Listed contacts are support@ozarihealth.com, care@ozarihealth.com and (917) 267-8452, 10am to 6pm ET. Monthly and quarterly plans are not charged if cancelled before the order is sent to the pharmacy; once an order reaches the pharmacy, that shipment is final. On annual and semi-annual plans, an early-cancellation refund equals what you paid minus the months used, recalculated at the standard monthly price. Ozari’s terms of service separately state a 3-month minimum for subscriptions and ask for cancellation by email 15 days before the next processing date, so confirm which applies to your plan.

Who Ozari Health may be a good fit for

  • People outside California who want one of the lowest published quarterly prices for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.
  • Patients who want to choose a formulation (with B12, with glycine, or no additives) and know which pharmacy fills it.
  • Those willing to prepay six or twelve months to lower the effective monthly rate.
  • People who prefer concierge-style check-ins over scheduled coaching calls and don’t need bundled labs.

How Elara is different

Elara costs more per year than Ozari’s published plans, and the gap reflects what’s built in: physician-led care through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, metabolic labs every quarter at Quest or Labcorp, a call with a certified health coach every three weeks, refills, shipping, and medication if prescribed, at one price at every dose step. Elara bills every four weeks and offers a 4-week plan with no cancellation fee. The free assessment takes about five minutes. See how Elara works.
