Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective June 10, 2026

This policy covers both of the things we sell: physician-guided GLP-1 program subscriptions, and supplement packs. They work differently, so they’re covered separately below. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@elarahealthandwellness.com — a person answers, Monday–Friday, 9–5 ET.

GLP-1 program subscriptions

Cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your care team through the period you’ve already paid for, and you are not billed again. To cancel, email support@elarahealthandwellness.com from the email address on your account.

If you’re not approved, you’re not charged. The assessment is free. If a physician determines a GLP-1 program isn’t clinically appropriate for you, no payment is collected and no medication is sent.

Once your medication ships, that month is nonrefundable. Your monthly price is one program fee — it covers the full cycle of care, not just the drug: your physician’s evaluation and prescribing, your care team, coaching, and ongoing monitoring, along with the medication itself. By the time a month’s medication is compounded and shipped, that cycle’s clinical care has already been delivered and the prescription has been filled — so the charge for that month is earned in full and can’t be refunded. Federal and state pharmacy regulations separately prohibit the return or reuse of any dispensed prescription medication; that’s a legal requirement for every licensed pharmacy, not an Elara policy choice. Cancelling stops all future billing — it doesn’t reverse a month whose medication has already shipped.

If your order hasn’t been dispensed yet, contact us as soon as possible. If your cancellation reaches us before the pharmacy has filled your prescription for the period, we will work with our clinical and pharmacy partners to refund the unfilled order.

Damaged or compromised shipments. If your medication arrives damaged, compromised, or unusable, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

Supplement packs

All supplement pack sales are final. Our packs are custom-packed to order. Because they are personalized, consumable products, they cannot be restocked or resold once your order enters production or ships — so we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on delivered packs.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders are on us. If your pack arrives damaged, or is inconsistent with what you ordered — wrong pack, missing products — email support@elarahealthandwellness.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. Depending on the issue, we will replace the affected products or issue a refund.

Before your order enters production, you can cancel for a full refund — contact us promptly after ordering.

Supplement subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before your next renewal date, with no fee, from your account or by email.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

A note on payment disputes

If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly, and we want to.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
