Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting your care team — there are no cancellation fees on monthly plans. If you're on a longer-term plan (3-Month, 6-Month, or Annual) and cancel before completing your commitment, your rate reconciles to the applicable shorter-term rate for the months you actually received. For example, if you cancel an Annual plan after 4 months, you'd pay the 3-Month rate for those 4 months rather than the Annual rate. No additional exit penalties beyond that reconciliation.

After you submit your free 5-minute assessment, a board-certified physician reviews your profile, typically within 24 hours. If you're a candidate, you'll receive instructions to visit Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp for your included metabolic panel. Once your labs are reviewed, your physician finalizes your protocol, your medication ships from one of our partner pharmacies, and your dedicated health coach reaches out to schedule your first session. Compounding is a longstanding legal practice governed by Section 503A of the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and operates under state pharmacy board oversight. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as a finished drug product. Elara is a direct-pay subscription model, which lets us bundle medication, physician visits, quarterly labs, and health coaching into a single transparent monthly price — no insurance authorizations, no surprise bills, no separate charges.
