Additional prescriptions
Anti-nausea prescribing is included when appropriate. Pharmacy charges and any copay for it are separate.
Optional supplements
Sold separately. You don't need supplements to join a medical program.
Cancellation and refunds
The 4-week plan has no cancellation fee. Ending a prepaid plan early recalculates the care you received at the shorter plan's rate. Read the policy

All questionsDoes the price increase with my dose?
No. Your program rate stays the same at every dose your clinician prescribes. It changes only if you move to a different program or plan length.
What is included?
Your program includes clinician review, prescribed program medication when approved, shipping, quarterly metabolic labs through Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, health coaching every three weeks, patient-portal messaging, and clinician-reviewed refills. Supplements are optional and sold separately.
How do prepaid plans work?
Programs are billed every 4 weeks. The 12-, 24- and 52-week plans are paid upfront; the price every 4 weeks is the equivalent cost, and the full charge is shown beside it. See the pricing page for every plan total.
Can I cancel?
The 4-week plan has no cancellation fee. If you end a prepaid plan early, care already received is recalculated at the applicable shorter plan rate, with no additional exit penalty. Medication already dispensed or shipped and the current billing period are subject to the refund policy. Review the full policy before enrolling.
