IVIM pricing starts at $65/mo for compounded semaglutide, plus a $74.99/mo program fee. See the real 12-month cost, line by line, checked Oct 30, 2026.
IVIM Health lists compounded semaglutide starting at $65 a month and compounded tirzepatide starting at $117 a month, but every compounded plan also carries a required $74.99 monthly program fee. At the lowest published prices, that works out to about $1,680 a year for semaglutide and about $2,304 for tirzepatide before any dose- or plan-length adjustments, based on IVIM’s own pages checked on October 30, 2026.
What IVIM Health publicly lists
IVIM publishes “starting at” medication prices and a separate program fee. It does not publish a full price grid by dose or plan length for its standard compounded programs. All compounded programs require upfront payment, according to IVIM’s help center.

| Microdose tirzepatide | $133/mo (6-month); $150/mo (4-month); $200/mo (2-month) | Program fee in addition | IVIM microdosing page |
| Branded GLP-1s (insurance) | Copays “as low as $25/mo” | IVIM lists Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo; coverage is verified by IVIM’s insurance team | IVIM weight-loss page |
| Branded GLP-1s (cash pay) | From $149/month | If not covered by insurance | IVIM weight-loss page |
Note that IVIM’s pages are not fully consistent with one another. Its home page variant shows semaglutide from $75/month and tirzepatide from $133/month, and its compounded tirzepatide page description references “from $250/mo.” The weight-loss page rounds the program fee to $75. We used the help-center article (updated October 6, 2026) as the primary figure because it is the most specific. Prices by dose and by plan length for standard compounded programs: Not published on IVIM Health’s site as of Oct 30, 2026.
The 12-month math
Because IVIM lists monthly figures, we multiplied by 12 months and added 12 months of the program fee. These use the lowest published starting prices, so your actual cost may be higher depending on dose and plan.
| Option | Medication (12 months) | Program fee (12 × $74.99) | 12-month total |
|---|---|---|---|
| IVIM compounded semaglutide (from $65/mo) | $780.00 | $899.88 | $1,679.88 |
| IVIM microdose semaglutide (6-month rate, $75/mo) | $900.00 | $899.88 | $1,799.88 |
| IVIM compounded tirzepatide (from $117/mo) | $1,404.00 | $899.88 | $2,303.88 |
| IVIM microdose tirzepatide (6-month rate, $133/mo) | $1,596.00 | $899.88 | $2,495.88 |
| IVIM compounded liraglutide (from $249/mo) | $2,988.00 | $899.88 | $3,887.88 |
Elara bills every 4 weeks, which is 13 billing cycles a year. The price is the same at every dose step and includes care, labs, coaching and medication if prescribed.
| Elara option | Rate per 4 weeks | Cycles | 12-month total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Injectable semaglutide, 52-week plan | $179 | 13 | $2,327 |
| Injectable semaglutide, 4-week plan | $249 | 13 | $3,237 |
| Oral semaglutide, 52-week plan | $209 | 13 | $2,717 |
| Tirzepatide, 52-week plan | $269 | 13 | $3,497 |
| Tirzepatide, 4-week plan | $339 | 13 | $4,407 |
At IVIM’s lowest published starting prices, IVIM costs less than Elara for a year. The open question is how far above the starting price your own dose and plan land, since IVIM does not publish that breakdown.

How to cancel IVIM Health
IVIM’s weight-loss page says membership renews until you cancel and that you can cancel online from your account. Canceling does not refund fees already paid or pause your program period; your program runs to its fixed end date, and medication not shipped is forfeited after the program period plus a 14-day grace period ends. IVIM’s Terms and Conditions (Section 16) describe an administrative/restocking fee of $100 for each undelivered three-month portion of a plan, or $50 for each undelivered two-month portion on four- or six-month programs, waived if a provider finds you medically ineligible to continue. The Refund and Returns Policy states that prescribed medications cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
