Pomegranate Health lists compounded tirzepatide starting at $159/mo. See the real 12-month cost, what's included, availability, and how to cancel.
Pomegranate Health lists compounded tirzepatide starting at $159 per month, which it says covers provider review, medication and delivery with no membership fee. At that starting price, a year of monthly billing comes to at least $1,908, based on Pomegranate Health’s own site as checked on October 30, 2026. Two caveats: the site does not publish prices for higher doses, and its pricing page showed tirzepatide as “Sold Out” on the day we checked.

The 12-month math
Pomegranate Health shows a monthly starting price, so a year is 12 charges at a minimum. Because per-dose prices are not published, the totals below are floors. Elara bills every 4 weeks, which means 13 charges a year.
| Option | Line items | 12-month total |
|---|---|---|
| Pomegranate Health tirzepatide, starting price | $159 x 12 months; membership fee: none (“No additional fees or membership costs”); higher-dose pricing: not published | $1,908 or more |
| Pomegranate Health semaglutide, starting price | $129 x 12 months; higher-dose pricing: not published | $1,548 or more |
| Elara compounded tirzepatide, 52-week plan | $269 x 13 four-week cycles (paid upfront) | $3,497 |
| Elara compounded tirzepatide, 4-week plan | $339 x 13 four-week cycles | $4,407 |
| Elara injectable semaglutide, 52-week plan | $179 x 13 four-week cycles (paid upfront) | $2,327 |
Pomegranate Health says providers may request labs from the last 12 months in some cases. Its site does not say whether it orders or pays for labs, so you may need to arrange them yourself.

How to cancel Pomegranate Health
Pomegranate Health’s subscription terms say plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. To cancel a website purchase, contact support at least 24 hours before the end of your current period (support@joinpomegranate.com or 813-419-1189). In the app, go to Profile, then Manage Subscriptions, then Cancel Plan. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
The same terms say membership fees, one-time consultation fees and medication fees are nonrefundable. Pharmacy or delivery problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The terms also mention a $25 fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours, though that section is unclear, so confirm with support.
Who Pomegranate Health may be a good fit for

- People who want to avoid a separate membership fee.

- People interested in other treatments Pomegranate Health offers, or in insurance-covered options shown on its pricing page.
- People who already have recent lab work and are comfortable sharing it.
How Elara is different
Elara publishes one price per plan that stays the same at every dose step, so you know your full-year cost up front. Metabolic labs every quarter at Quest or Labcorp and a call with a certified health coach every 3 weeks are included, and board-certified physicians through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC make dose decisions. Elara costs more than Pomegranate Health’s starting price. If predictable pricing and built-in monitoring matter to you, see how Elara works or check our pricing page.
