Mochi Health charges in two parts: a membership fee of $49 to $79 per month depending on plan length, plus medication priced by dose, with compounded tirzepatide listed from $90 to $199 per month. A year on compounded tirzepatide works out to roughly $1,668 to $3,336 before any lab panels, which start at $26, based on Mochi Health’s own site as checked on October 30, 2026. Where you land depends on your dose and whether you prepay membership.

The 12-month math

Mochi membership and medication are billed separately. The table pairs the cheapest and most expensive membership options with the lowest and highest listed tirzepatide doses. Most people’s dose changes over a year, so the real figure usually falls in between. Elara bills every 4 weeks, which means 13 charges a year.

Option Line items 12-month total
Mochi, 12-month membership + lowest tirzepatide dose $588 membership + ($90 x 12) medication = $588 + $1,080 $1,668 + labs
Mochi, 12-month membership + highest tirzepatide dose $588 + ($199 x 12) = $588 + $2,388 $2,976 + labs
Mochi, monthly membership + lowest tirzepatide dose ($79 x 12) + ($90 x 12) = $948 + $1,080 $2,028 + labs
Mochi, monthly membership + highest tirzepatide dose ($79 x 12) + ($199 x 12) = $948 + $2,388 $3,336 + labs
Mochi, 12-month membership + semaglutide $588 + ($60 to $99 x 12) $1,308 to $1,776 + labs
Elara compounded tirzepatide, 52-week plan $269 x 13 four-week cycles (paid upfront); labs included $3,497
Elara compounded tirzepatide, 4-week plan $339 x 13 four-week cycles; labs included $4,407

Mochi lab panels start at $26 each and are not included in membership. Mochi does not say how often labs are ordered.

How to cancel Mochi Health

Mochi Health’s terms and conditions say you can cancel by logging in and selecting “cancel subscription,” or by calling (619) 648-1247. Emailing Mochi does not count as cancellation. You must cancel before your subscription renews. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, and your account then reverts to a free membership. Cancelling a paid membership also cancels medication subscriptions that depend on it. To stop a medication refill, use the “Modify” option before the refill request goes to the pharmacy.

Mochi does not refund partially used subscription periods, though it may grant limited refunds case by case. Its refund policy says prescription sales are final. The terms we reviewed do not describe early-cancellation terms for 3-, 6- or 12-month memberships, so ask before you prepay.

Who Mochi Health may be a good fit for

  • People on lower doses, since dose-based pricing keeps the medication cost lower at the start.
  • People who want unlimited provider visits and 24/7 care-team access.
  • People with insurance that may cover brand-name GLP-1s; Mochi offers an insurance plan and says it handles prior authorization.
  • People who want both compounded and brand-name options in one place.
  • People who can commit to a 12-month membership to get the lowest monthly rate.

How Elara is different

Elara uses one all-in price per plan rather than splitting membership and medication, and that price stays the same at every dose step. Metabolic labs every quarter at Quest or Labcorp and a call with a certified health coach every 3 weeks are included, so they do not add separate line items. Board-certified physicians through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC review your care and make dose decisions. Elara can cost more than Mochi at lower doses.
