When do I take my packet?

Once a day with a glass of water. If your pack includes the herbal sleep blend or glycine, take your packet in the evening.

How does the quiz choose?

It matches the goals and basics you pick to supplements in our catalog and fills your pack as a starting point. Your answers stay in your browser and are not saved. Add or remove anything before you check out.

Is a custom pack physician-formulated?

No. Our eight collections are physician-formulated. A custom pack is made exactly as you choose it, so review your choices with your clinician or pharmacist before ordering, especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.

Can I add more than one serving of a supplement?

No. Each supplement can be added once, as one serving a day.

Does the price change with how many I choose?

No. A custom pack is $89 a month on subscription or $99 as a one-time order, whether it holds one supplement or eight.

Can I change my pack later?

Contact our team to change the supplements in an active subscription. For a one-time order, build a new pack whenever you like.
