Elara Health and Wellness is operated by JTE Medical LLC, a Florida-based telehealth and wellness company. We don't sell medication as a standalone product. We build complete clinical programs — the medication, the physician oversight, the labs, and the coaching — priced as one transparent subscription.
Most compounded GLP-1 telehealth services charge you for the drug and upsell the care that makes it work. We think that's backwards. You can't optimize a metabolic intervention without labs. You can't sustain weight loss without behavior change. And no one should have to stitch those pieces together themselves.

Elara's compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed, PCAB-accredited 503A compounding pharmacy. PCAB accreditation is an independent standard for sterility, compounding practice, and quality documentation.

Pharmacy
All Elara compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed, PCAB-accredited 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as a finished product; 503A compounding is a legal, regulated practice performed under state pharmacy board oversight. The active ingredients in our compounded formulations have been extensively studied in FDA-approved medications.
Physicians
Every Elara physician is board-certified in some specialty and licensed in your state. Physicians review your full intake and lab results before prescribing, and stay available throughout your program for dose adjustments, side-effect management, and clinical questions.
Labs
Quarterly metabolic labs are processed at Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp — the same two networks used by most major hospitals and physician offices in the United States. Labs are included in the monthly subscription at no additional cost.
Supplements
Our supplement packs are manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility operated by our manufacturing partner. Every batch is ISO-17025 lab-tested for purity, potency, and safety. Packaging uses reduced-plastic materials compared to conventional supplement bottles.
Privacy
All patient communications, records, and payments are encrypted and managed through a HIPAA-compliant platform. You own your records. You can request a complete export at any time through your account, with no reason required.
